Introduction to Mindfulness Skills

Mindfulness skills have been proven beneficial in many ways including stress reduction, improving creativity, attention, general well-being, and mental health. Join David Mitchell, an experienced teacher, in conjunction with Healthy Adams County for simple and easy skills to put in your daily mindfulness practice. Please join us to experience the gifts that improved mindfulness has to offer. 
Each of the two classes will be about 2 hours with a brief break in the middle. The second class builds on what you learn during the first session.
