The Third Floor Meeting Room is the larger of the two public meeting spaces available at the Gettysburg Library. The maximum room capacity is 30 people classroom-style and 60 people theatre style. The room includes 10 tables (6’X30” ea) and 60 chairs. Room reservations for the Third Floor Meeting Room are free of charge for Non-Profit Organizations.
FEE: $60 every 2 hours
Fee may be waived for non-profit organizations.
A refundable deposit of $40.00 is required.

Equipment
LCD projector and laptop, wall-mounted screen.
Seating
The Third Floor Meeting Room can be configured as classroom, theatre or board room style. Set up is NOT provided with the reservation. The room may be left in whatever configuration you set when you leave.
