The Mary Cash Room is the largest room available at the Trone Memorial Library in East Berlin. It is named after former volunteer and donor Mary Cash who left her home to the library in her will. Funds from the sale of the home were used to complete construction of the lower level in the Trone Memorial Library.
Use is limited to library hours. The room includes chairs, tables, and seating for approximately 80 individuals, along with access to restrooms. Wireless access is available. The reservation must be made at least 1 week in advance. For reservations in less than 7 days, please contact the library directly: 717-259-9000.
FEE: $60 every 2 hours
Fee may be waived for non-profit organizations.
A refundable deposit of $40.00 is required.

Equipment
The Mary Cash room has a full sound system installed throughout the room with microphones, podium, projector, drop down screen, and stage lighting to make the area around the screen lighter than the rest of the room. Bring your own laptop to plug in to HDMI ports to use for the projector and sound system or ask to use the library's laptop.
