Harbaugh-Thomas Library
The Board Room is the smaller of our two reservable meeting rooms. The room may be used for free by not-for-profit groups, and for a $40 fee including a $35 reservation deposit for private individuals and businesses.
Equipment
The Board Room includes a mounted projector and screen system. You may request a laptop. There is a whiteboard with an easel and markers available as well.
Seating
The room is typically set up board room style with six 7’ x 2’ rectangular tables pushed together to form one large table surrounded by 20 chairs. There are two more tables along the sides of the room.
Please let us know when making a reservation if more chairs and tables are required, and we will place them in the room for you to arrange. If you would like library and Harbaugh-Thomas Foundation personnel to set up and tear down the furniture according to your specifications there is an additional $30 fee.
