This free program is designed to give you an overview of the brain and guidelines to keep it healthy for a lifetime!
The course uses the six dimensions of Optimum Life--Physical, Emotional, Purposeful, Social, Spiritual,and Intellectual--as a framework for brain health over the 4 session course.
Sessions are April 17, April 24, May 1 and May 8 from 3-4:30 pm.
Registration begins April 1.
