Children ages 3-5 are invited to a storytime that will prepare them for kindergarten by practicing pre-academic skills (letters, numbers, calendar, and fine motor skills) through books and activities.

We’re bringing out the boards, dice and cards for this night of fun. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a board game enthusiast, you’re encouraged to bring the competition!

In our writing circle, there will be a few minutes talk about writing practices and principles, then a writing prompt will be supplied where everyone will write quietly for 3-5 minutes, then share our writing with the group. 

Are you a beginner at chess and want to learn? Are you an experienced chess player and want to test your skills? Drop in on Mondays from 6:00pm-7:45pm to watch and play with a local chess aficionado. All ages and all skill levels welcome!
