Call the library to sign up for a 15 minute time slot to practice reading to a Therapy dog.  This program is for children who love dogs and want to practice their reading.  The dogs love hearing our stories.

When schools are closed, the library is still open!  On January 20 both Bermudian Springs School District and Spring Grove Area School District are closed for observance of Martin Luther King Day.  However, the library is open!

Dogs can help struggling readers build confidence by being patient and non-judgemental while kids are reading aloud. Stop by and read to our lovable and patient therapy dog, Danny!

The Friends of the Trone Memorial Library Board meets quarterly on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm in the Mary Cash Room. All Trone Memorial Library supporters and Friends members are invited and encouraged to attend.
