Adams County 4-H is planting interest in gardening and 4-H at the Carroll Valley Library. The hands-on presentation will teach youth about the basic needs of a garden and how plants thrive and grow. Using what they’ve learned, participants will plant flowers and vegetables in a window garden box made from recycled materials.

Ages 8-13.  Registration Required.
