Staying Healthy in the Spring

Spring is a time of beginnings and renewal, flourishing, and increasing light/brightness. It can
also be a time when you are bothered by spring allergies, have more tension headaches/muscle
tension, acid reflux, and have frequent feelings of frustration and anger. If you are interested in
learning how your body works from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective; if you are
interested in learning safe and natural ways to follow and use the energy of Spring to stay
healthy, then this class is for you. Renee Lehman, MS, PT, MAc, Licensed Acupuncturist and
Physical Therapist, will present practical self-care practices (including Lifestyle
recommendations, Qigong movements, and Eating for Healing) to help you support your body’s
energy (Qi).
