Description
Join the Trone Memorial Library for a series of vintage craft projects taught by Patsy Hartnett.
Every item is simple and dates back about 100 years. No machine stitching is needed. Each of the projects have two options, one to make the advertised piece and the other to make a small coaster.
Yo-Yo: Learn the history of the yo-you, a bit about feed sacks, and how women were thrifty with their scraps. We will have time to make several yo-yos and and understand how to create any size you would like to make. Several projects will be shown that illustrate what you can do with yo-yos. One of the project ideas will be for a flower pin, and the other will be for a little circle coaster.
Space is limited. A project kit will be available to pick up at the Trone Memorial Library two (2) weeks prior to the session.
