Enter the Trone Memorial Library’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest! This competition is for all ages.

Decorate your pumpkin at home and drop off your submission, or attend a pumpkin decorating program on-site at the library (Oct 17 in the evening for all ages). Patrons will vote for their favorite pumpkin and a winner will be selected from each age group (children, teens, and adults) to receive a prize!

GUIDELINES

1. Ages 5-17: Choose your FAVORITE book character and depict that character utilizing a real pumpkin.   Ages 18 and up: Choose ANY design for your pumpkin.  

2. Create your pumpkin using anything you want-paint, paper, pipe cleaners, etc.!

except: NO CARVING - carved pumpkins will not last inside! 

3. Pumpkins are due by 4:00 PM SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19. 

4. Beginning Monday, October 21 patrons who visit the library will vote for their favorite pumpkin.

5. Thursday, October 31: votes will be totaled and the top 3 winners will be announced and posted on social media.
