Mindful Meditation: Chakras

Feeling overwhelmed and a little stressed? Explore chakras in our bodies and how to keep those disks of energy open and aligned to provide us with emotional and physical well being. Different types of meditations will be explored to assist in aligning our chakras. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as we will end the session with a guided meditation.
