Description
Any level welcome, ages 14 and up. Max 8 people. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. This class is ideal for those new to yoga or need to move at a slower, gentler pace. We will cover some basic postures and practices of yoga. This practicing will be both engaging and relaxing and is perfect for unwinding while building strength, balance, and increasing flexibility.
