Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county? Come on down to your local branch to show off your skills.  During this competition, you'll be decorating cupcakes for a chance at a prize.  The winner will be selected by a local judge. The winners then go on to have the final round of the competition at the Gettysburg Library.  Registration required as space is limited. For ages 8-17.
