Ages 8-18 

There are two age brackets for this competition: ages 8-11 and ages 12-18.

Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county? Come on down to your local branch to show off your skills.  During this competition, you will be decorating cupcakes for a chance at a prize.  The winner will be selected by a local judge. The winners then go on to have the final round of the competition at the Gettysburg library.
