Do you think you're the best cupcake decorator in the county? Test out your decorating skills at the Trone Memorial Library, where winning cupcakes will be selected by local judges. Winners will go on to the final round of the competition at Gettysburg Library during the first week of August. Ages 8-17.  Registration required.
