Have you been wondering what you could do with the old maps that you’ve saved that are collecting dust? What about the memories of past expeditions you’ve taken that are stowed away in a box? Bring some of those precious items to the library to create a set of magnets to display that will remind you of your past travels! This program will feature the craft; using strong magnets, glass gems, and cut-outs from maps and souvenirs to create your treasured reminders, followed by a discussion of the places you’ve traveled, and represented on your magnets. 

We will also have some maps available to use for this crafting project if you don’t have any or aren’t willing to cut yours up.
