Description

Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county?

Come down to the Carroll Valley Library to show off your skills. 

During this competition, you will be decorating cupcakes for a chance to win a prize. 

The winners will be selected by local judges. Winners advance to the final round of the competition at the Gettysburg library on Monday, August 5th.

Ages 8-16.  Registration required.
