Description
For ages 8-16. Are you the best cake decorator in the county? Come to the Harbaugh-Thomas Library to show off your skills. During this competition you will decorate cupcakes for your chance to win a prize! The winners will be selected by local judges. Winners advance to the final round at the Gettysburg Library. Please register. Space is limited.
