Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county? Come on down to your local branch to show off your skills. During this competition you will be decorating cupcakes for your chance at a prize. The winners will be selected by a local judge. Winners advance to the final round at the Gettysburg Library. For ages 8-16 years old. Registration is required as space is limited.
