Charitable Bequests

A charitable bequest is simply a distribution from your estate to a charitable organization through your last will and testament. There are different types of bequests and they can be made in the form of cash or property, or a percentage of the remainder of an estate. We encourage you to work with an expert to create a charitable bequest.
