The Adams County Office for Aging, Inc. (ACOFA) is one of the 52 Area Agencies on Aging located throughout Pennsylvania. ACOFA is a private, non-profit agency, dedicated to providing assistance and advocating for older people. A wide range of services are available through ACOFA to Adams County residents sixty years of age and older. Some of the services include Adult Day Care, PA Medi Counseling, Care Management, Tax Assistance, Home Delivered meals, and Personal Care services.
